Procedures
4 alternative ways to submit votes to the Conclave, either voice phone or Internet FORM email or FAX... The Conclave Committee believes VOICE will be secondary method not so much primary, for secondary backup, but either voting methods will be acceptable if IHM registered inside the tcc. Below are the DATA for info to be used of by the specified Electors to submit the coded votes. Fax can be used yes if this is how you do wish to submit. Please keep in mind that voting will and must take place at the conclave central first, then your backup voting to be confirmed of. This is for security reasons. Other contact numbers will be added to the list below upon closer to the true election time of this conclave... For each ballot, send your vote by the DUE-DATE&TIME. Print several copies of this form for private balloting, at least 10 copies to start, If more than one elector resides with you.??? And then also fax to us, so we know you have more than that amount of voters with you to vote through this form. All votes will have to be registered people through the IHM'Council. Clergy and Lay members names inside the tcc. Only one vote per form then submit. Caution, your ip address will be monitored and must match at least one voter on the IHM'Council form of an accepted tcc member... All instructions must be followed, or form will be rejected. |

Security Procedures:
- Conclave Central user name and password are simular to your your voting codes.
- It is the responsibility of each Elector to secure his/her vote. For VOICE votes ensure that you are in a secure place where no one can hear you. For Phone, ensure that no one hears your ballot and that you destroy any evidence that you may have written on paper.
- Especially make sure that your page of Elector Voting Codes are not compromised. These are the key to Conclave Central accepting the vote.
