email vote on the ballot voting form online, MUST have the same Ballot # as the Ballot # field in the body
we issue you, yes, through email to you with password, prior to the election.
This number may be alfa numerical, And Subject to our discretion here. Line should read

STEP 2: Use your computer's Copy and Paste facility please, leaving your email window that these items that we send to you. Copy the lines below (between the asterisks) into your clipboard, paste these lines into your online voting form windows, and enter all the fields. All fields will be required by you or the form will not mail. You must also fill out the Capcha yes. You may optionally enter any comments in the message window after the fields in your online form vote.
STEP 3: Hit the submit button on the form.

Please keep in mind, that your ip numerals will be traced on your email, and that they must match IHM or CV entry form numerals of the same general area of position, in order for the entered vote to be counted. So be it, be in the right place when you vote. So if you have moved since you filled out the IHM cv form, You must notify us of this move. Or, your vote will be rejected.

Notes:
1. Security: If any of the
logistics fields are incorrect, the vote will not be counted. Examples of votes
that are not counted:
- if the vote has not reached Conclave Central by the Due Date&Time
- if the Numerical Line for Ballot number has an incorrect Ballot Number
- if the Elector's Name doesn't match the correct Voting Code # for that Elector of that Ballot. The Voting Code is unique for each Ballot.
- If the Ip numeral from IHM council cv form does not match the Ballot Voting form, without a notifiy to us from the elector prior that they have moved and have new ISP. Internet Service Provider. And new IP numerals.
