Website for the Conclave Central
.All issues regarding the Conclave of 1998 - forward also to the 2011-2017 2018 and all future Elections of the Vicar of Christ, and will be placed in a secure directory of the True Catholic website, in a page entitled, "The Conclave". The base URL will be http://www.truecatholic.us/apostolic/. In order to be able to access this directory and Her contents, an internet user must first enter a assigned USERID and PASSWORD. Without these, an internet user has not access to this secure area.Each authorized Catholic, including the Electors and the Pababile Canidates, will be sent a unique USERID and PASSWORD. It is the responsibility of those with a password to secure it from everyone, including family members. While family members may "look over the shoulder" of the password holder, while he/she is viewing the secure area, only 1 person in the family may have the password. This is to prevent children possibly sharing the password with their friends, and such other possible ways in which a password might be compromised. In the case where a family has more than 1 Elector, each elector will get a unique USERID and PASSWORD. Should a password holder suspect that the password has been compromised, he/she must contact the webmaster as soon as possible to report it and give the name of whom may be the problem. Anyone that has not the proper IP numerals that issue themselves to us with their own computer machine matching the actual conclave application form and or the IHM cv form, used to obtain the password with, will not be counted online more than the number of electors in that very family. So there is more than one security wall set in place here. WE do warn to those playing with the votes, that it will not work. Any issues other than these of reported tampering of passwords will be in fact removed from the voting proceedure of that family.
Those without internet access will be sent, via surface postal mail, paper copies of the necessary materials taken from the secure area of the True Catholic website. Such materials should be treated as top secret and protected from any possible loss.
Printed materials, whether coming from surface mail or printed from the internet, may not be copied and/or distributed to anyone outside of "The Conclave." See pledge of secrecy. see Methods & Logistics
Ballotting (SAMPLE)
Each authorized Elector will receive, via surface mail, a unique set of Elector codes. These show a unique randomly-generated code number, different for each ballot. A sample Elector Codes table would be: see; Electors Codes Sheet| Elector: John Smith | ||||||

It is the responsibility of each Elector to keep this sheet secret from everyone, including family members. At any time before or during the voting, should an Elector suspect that the voting codes may have been compromised, he/she should contact the organizing commitee as soon as possible to inform of the possible compromise, and to receive a new set of voting codes. We pray to the Holy Ghost that this does not happen as it would slow the voting process considerably. But as always, in all things, God's will be done.
