I made my first Holy Communion when I was in the 2nd grade in St. Anne’s School.

I went to the Visitation Catholic high school in my neighborhood where the good Dominican Nuns from Sinsinawa, WI taught … class of ’42.  After 2 years of Jr. City College, I worked in the “Old Court House” as a clerk for the U.S. Bureau of Internal Revenue.  I stayed there over 2 years.

I married my Catholic husband in Holy Guardian Church in IL.

We had 2 boys and 2 girls.  Now they are all married.  We have 13 grandchildren, 2 of whom are in heaven.  Until 1959 or 60 we followed the Catholic Mass in our parish church.  We did not care for the changes.  We found Fr. Leo McNamara at St. Adrian’s after a while and we stayed with him because he did not say the Novus Ordo ever.  He died at age 86 in 1973.  From that time on there has not been a steady mass for us.

In 1992, Fr. Lucian was introduced to us.  We gained confidence in him because he talked the same as we were taught.  Since then we have our Holy Mass whenever Fr. Lucian can come to us.  He gave my husband the last rites and said his Requiem Mass for which I shall be eternally grateful.

My children and grandchildren do not follow my line of thinking about religion … “Pope” John Paul II is and always will be Communist.  He was never ordained as a priest.  He cannot be a pope.  We have to vote for a pope!  John Paul II is letting the Protestants and the Jews take over our churches and desecrate them with their own “prayers”, songs and so-called masses (Novus Ordo Mass) which I call a mess.
