A Lesson in How NOT to Baptize  from one who claims to be pope of the Catholic Church!   John Paul II is shown baptizing a young Chinese girl who has a full head of hair, pouring the water on top of the head of hair.  There is no indication that the water reached the skin of the head, to flow on it, front, back or sides.  Moistening the skin under the hair does not fulfill the demand that the water must flow on the skin.    One would think that a Catholic would know how to administer a Catholic Baptism.   What does this say about one who claims to be pope?

While saying the words, “I baptize Thee, etc...,” you must pour the water over the skin of the head of the one being baptized. 

Pouring the water over any other part of the body is at best doubtful and (if done) must be repeated conditionally.
