non warning bar code, - the ends do  use the same symbol and are therefore warning. However, this is used mostly for zip codes on all postal mail systems.  So we do declare it non warning bar code and are usable. We caution the center always for all to notice of, only the ends are simular.

This postal barcode below, does not have 3 in complete equal uniform, visible, therefore, it is safely useable.
